Build HTML page

I have a HTML template I need built for a .NET development we're building.
We basically just need the site structure built, with menu and search working. Search doesn't actually have to work but we need it looking like is does in our PSD.
We also have a reference website so you can see how the menu behaves etc....
We need this urgently and would prefer someone who can start work now on this project and talk with me over Skype.
