We are looking for a skilled and professional freelancer to build a new live video website platform. The site is aimed towards industrial designers and industrial design students looking to broaden their skills by following live video tutorials. We are looking for the following to be implemented into the platform:
Users:
Demonstration user (Demonstrator) - Performs live tutorials
Regular user - Follows live tutorials
All users have profile + login etc (can sign up and log in with facebook/LinkedIn/google which will add what experience and skills the user has)
Payment:
A secure payment system for small monthly subscription
Demonstration users get paid for performing live sketching tutorials
Streaming:
Live streaming from an iPhone app, user demonstrating tutorial can place iPhone on a cardboard cutout stand (template is provided via site)
Users can follow along via website
At end of live tutorial the live video is stored and can be viewed again.
Still images created and automatically created into a PDF.
Users can access PDF via stored tutorials page, and download them
Users can like and rate the tutorial at the end
View count of how many users are viewing tutorial
Scheduling:
Demonstration users can set a scheduled time to stream tutorial.
Upcoming tutorials can be viewed
Users can click remind me about upcoming tutorial
Reminders sent to users phone when tutrial is near to starting (integrated with Google calendar + ical)
Voting:
Demonstration users can create a list of voting options for next upcoming tutorial, users can vote (sent via email) or voting options shown after live streaming.
Once users have voted, the demonstration user can set a scheduled time for the tutorial.
