Build a Website (Directory)

This website intends to identify the top and right Service Providers (SPs) and connect them to the Users in the following areas which are known as Line of Businesses:

i. Home Contractors

ii. Lawyers, Accountants, Insurance Agents and Financial Planners

iii. Realtors and Mortgage Brokers

iv. Website designer, Website Developers and Programmers

v. Baby sitters, Home Care, Cleaning Services

vi. Etc (TBD)

The required website would be very similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] however with larger scope of work since we are targeting vaster range of SPs (i.e. Trusted Pros only focuses on home contractors vs. us that we will target the LOBs mentioned above).

This will be done through the following high level functions:

a) To include the SPs profile page in the website in exchange of a membership fee.

b) To provide a platform for the users to search and chose the Top and Right SPs and contact them directly.

c) To provide tools for the users to reviews and rate the SPs after using their service.

d) To provide an online Bid Centre through the website that users can submit their projects and SPs can respond to the bid by providing a quote.

e) To provide a forum to accommodate Q and A.

f) To provide useful articles sections.

The core structure of the Website would be like this:

b) Categories (All Categories - Top 5 Contractors)

c) Bid Centre (Post a project - Bid on a project)

Although the design and functionality of this website would be different from every and all of them, however these websites can provide a fair benchmark and can help for improvement to this Website.
