We had a wordpress website, but it became horrendously slow and the 'web-submit' forms resulted in a bombardment of spam. I just pulled the plug on it last year and now need a new one.

Content and style can be taken from the old site, but I do not have the database.

I need help with the design and also uploading to our hosting.
