Create High Quality Content For My Business' Instagram

I'm looking for someone who is able to take pictures and add our quotes over them along with our logo. The person will be given a specific font to use for all photos. They will be expected to produce high quality content similar to other Instagram accounts like @ambitioncircle, @foundr and @visionwall.
If the first month goes well, this person will be hired on a monthly basis creating 30-90 photos for us every single month. We will also likely have similar projects available for them in the future as well.
We will NOT pay more than $3 per photo created as this is not something that takes a ton of time to do. Our goal is to find someone around $2 per photo created.
UPDATE: PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT. YOU NEED TO BE ON INSTAGRAM.
I will ask for a sample if you're interested. I will provide logo and quote, I just need you to find a picture from free website like www.pixabay.com.
