2D Mobile Game Design and Development

We are looking for a game design and development team with a passion for all genres of games, a knack for coding and storytelling, and an understanding of the industry, market, and target audiences. Game designers responsibilities include developing design and gaming protocols(Drafts), defining game-play mechanics, ensuring quality, and communicating with company executives.
To be a successful game designer, you should have quality coding skills, no problems with working under pressure, a yearning for making games that are original and groundbreaking, and a love for the process. Ideal candidates will have experience in game design, knowledge of computer systems and languages, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
I want it to be a strategy game that highlights the process of starting a business. I have not yet came up with any game play examples which is why im seeking help from a designer to try and add a storyline, characters, levels, rules, etc
Just a List of essential duties and responsibilities:
• Incorporating Communicated game components from Executives into conceptualized Mobile game designs
• Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, Settings and stories for new games
• Prototyping New Mobile Games
• Manage Quality Control
• Develop & Design game protocols
