URGENT: Need creative and friendly UI/UX Mobile App Designer

I run a mobile app company and we're looking for a new designer to join our team as a UX/UI mobile app designer on a per-contract basis. Essentially that means that we send you freelance gigs consistently and directly to your inbox.
A huge thing about us is that we curate our clients before you speak to them -- all clients coming in have already put in some amount of money. So they're actually invested and serious about working with us.
We also have an incredibly clear quoting process so you'll never be stuck doing work outside the scope. You get paid for your time fairly.
