We are building a new website on Wordpress.
We want to keep the same corporate colors and general idea of the old one, but make it more modern.

This is the new website design we are working on, it is the idea of what we want, but it needs improvement: [login to view URL]
The job is to create a mock up for a new page design/layout, and new banner for the top. Whatever goes along the top of the menu.
JUST THE ART WORK... you will NOT be making the website or coding it.
In the old website there is a piece of cake, and its just elegant and fancy, in the new website it is very plain. The new design needs to improve top banner and menu navigation design. I would say everything from the navigation upwards need to be redesigned.
Files must be usable for wordpress.
We will be hiring based on ideas presented. If you want to be considered, you must submit a proposed design. You can watermark the design if you want to protect your proposal.
