Wordpress + WPML : Various fix to finish a website today

Hello,
I need help to finish a Website today. You must be available to start and finish every task today. It's about 1 to 3 hours of work.

The tasks are :
#1-Homepage : Make the logo perfectly centered. (Mobile and regular version)
+ Add the logo, centered, on every page.
#2-Make the homepage slider go faster. (Not possible in the dashboard, must change the code) Please write me where to change it.
#3-Add language switcher at the bottom of the mobile/sidebar menu (Must be good looking)
#4-Translate the contact section in FR and ES (If possible, make it possible directly in the dashboard, maybe with something like (en) (fr) (es) in the theme text fields)
+ change link to the right contact form according to the language.
#5-Zoom out the GoogleMap. (Not possible in the dashboard, must change the code) Please write me where to change it.
#6-Sidebar / Right menu : Make the sub-nav look better. Smaller font, less vertical space between the parent section. Small left border
#7-Homepage : Make the page section titles translated in Fr and Es (When you check the page section alone, it is translated, but on the homepage, it’s not working)
