Airbnb Property Manager

Hi there, we're a couple who owns an Airbnb Plus property in Mesa 85213. It's a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath.

We are looking for someone who has a network of cleaners that they could recommend as well as inspect our property after each clean to ensure it is absolutely perfect for our next guests arrival. We typically have 2-3 check ins per week most of which are the same day. Our guests check out at 11am and our next guests arrive at 4pm. We would need a flexible cleaning staff that can accommodate 2-3 cleans per week as well as last minute appointments based on availability of our calendar.

We are hoping that you could then come by our property at 3pm (1 hour before guests arrive) and inspect it to ensure there is no hair on the bathroom floor, in sinks or on pillow cases and that the property is sparkling clean, fully stocked of toiletries and towels. If there are any issues with the cleaning, that you would contact the cleaning team directly and send photos/discuss issues and report back to us.
