Data from XML to HTML list

Hi, I need a very quick job. I have a XML file, with 329 entries, and I need to have these entries in a list. Each entry have the following structure in XML:

I need an output like it:
<li><a href="articles/{{URL_SUFIX}}" title="{{ARTICLE_TITLE}}" >{{ARTICLE_TITLE}}</a><span>{{SURNAME}}, {{GIVEN_NAME}}, [repeat for each colaborator]]</span></li>
So it should generate 329 <li>'s. The only thing is that I need it for very soon. Max time 1 hour. If you can do it in PHP, would be better, I would like to have the script.
