Customisation to a current Wordpress theme

I have a current Wordpress theme that needs some editing with the following changes:
1. I need a header similar to [login to view URL] the header only appears once the page has been scrolled and has the similar style drop down menu and when the browser width is lowered it has a similar style of [login to view URL] in mobile view where the way it displays the menu items and the search bar except with the close button floated to the right of the logo when in mobile view, once scrolled back to the top of the page the menu bar is to disappear. There will also be a static header for the top of page which is transparent background. The search button needs to be shifted up into the header.
2. the bottom of all posts need to be similar to [login to view URL] post page bottoms which link to the next post in the list with the background image of the featured post image. And it should transfer to the next page in a similar fashion to the way it occurs in [login to view URL]
3. the main pages top should have a image of the featured post displayed as the background only for the height of the post. below the featured post needs to be a secondary menu similar [login to view URL] main page menu that can sort posts by latest, comments, views, categories.
4. the side widget bar needs the footer widget subscribe widget to be added to it, for some reason the theme only limits it self to one widget at the moment, this needs to be extended to two.
5. the footer needs to have a background image of 100% width and 450px height only appears on the main page.
6. The main page should also include the amount of comments and views the page has received next to the authors name, below the headings.
7. Underneath the heading on the post page it needs a down arrow icon button to scroll the page down to the content similar to [login to view URL]
8. The subscribe button needs a font awesome mail icon added to it next to its 'free subscrition' text inside the border along with the ability to change color on hover for the whole button.
9. Inside the post page near the bottom right there needs to be some text link to show where the featured image is originally from similar to [login to view URL]
All changes must still leave the theme responsive.
No extra plugins are to be used to add the required functionality, purely editing the css, wordpress files and javascript should be enough.
