I need a developer who is better than I am to develop 2 forms with their databases. One form is primarily to access dozens of Videos (specifically music videos) that will come in from [login to view URL] (because emails simply do not allow bigger files); AND, the other form and database is to access mostly pictures (.pngs / .gifs / .jpgs) with maybe a couple of videos as well.
Because most major websites, such as Facebook, Yahoo, Google, Twitter, Linked In, Capital One, cannot keep hackers out, what chance do I have! So I am against forms and databases now. I have developed a way around forms and databases, a great way that probably makes my website, [login to view URL], the most secure website on earth!!! If any hacker gets into my website they won't get any financial information, etc.
BUT, even though I have a wonderful website that should be drawing members like crazy --- no one is joining ...
I think it's because most people don't see the need for high security that involves NOT HAVING WEBSITE FORMS AND DATABASES. Most people don't care about highs security: they want ease and familiarity --- in other words a form to fill out.
So after much distress, I have decided to give my users 2 ways to sign up. The Less Secure Way (using website forms and website databases) OR the Highly Secure Way (using my system).

This job requires at least three forms and two databases to be made.
The first form is for new members to input their personal info and financial info into,
such as their telephone number and their Paypal email address. This form does not use
a database found on [login to view URL] but sends the input to my email
The second form deals with .mp4 music videos. The videos themselves will be stored in
a person's alphabetical directory, followed by another directory using the first 2 letters
of a person's first name, such as /I/Ir/ as in /I/Ir/Irene-Lambert-0000/
Here is the current sample:

You will need to duplicate the above page into your form and database.
The database connected to this music category (called [login to view URL] Online Video-By-Video Concert)
does not contain any contact info or financial info. No emails for her. Etc.
It must contain a field named: realname
and another field named: username
Those two used together is the only way to identify personal and financial info. Make it easy for me to print out directories when I need them printed.
How do you intend to make this happen? How does 100 music .mp4s for example COME IN FROM [login to view URL] and get loaded and/or become accessible for the database you create and show on a member's page? Will they be links in the databases with the actual .mp4s loaded in a person's own directory as above? Or will the .mp4s be loaded in the database itself?
Incidentally, it is okay to use another, perhaps more efficient programming language other than PHP --- as long as I can easily replicate it inside of other Categories/
It is also okay for you to use another database other than MySQL --- as long as I can easily duplicate things for other Categories.
You are only designing for the Music Videos Concert Category and for perhaps the JustMe Category: (Here is the current sample page for the Just Me Category): [login to view URL]
The Just Me Category should be designed to hold 200 images and maybe 5 videos???
Maybe 1 text box??? Or maybe a text box for each picture??? Please take the current page and re-do it with a form
and it's own database.
With both databases, DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY INSERT DATA. Both must be tested from the member's perspective
