Google AdWords/SEO work for small website

For a website of our client (see picture and url in [login to view URL]) we need some SEO work done. This is a very local operation business (dentist) that needs to be found better when certain words are typed in Google. Also wanted are 3 features:
- Details and link to map, see picture [login to view URL]
- Sub-links to the website, see picture [login to view URL]
- Small AdWords campaign to make sure they show up on certain words
Available is a Google AdWords account. Currently not available is FTP access to the website but if changes are needed just send them by mail and we do that.
Looking for a freelancer that can start the work immediately and and after first setup will be able to monitor the results.
