HeliDirect is a leading e-retailer for a niche hobby market in R/C helicopters, Drones and related. We are looking for an experience sales manager in ecommerce to help us bring profitability and sales revenue targets for overall e-commerce channels.
An E-commerce Sale Manager role will be responsible for all online sales activities : building, executing and managing our e-commerce sales strategy for all sales channels (B2B, Amazon, eBay, and Retail site). The position is highly collaborative and will involve working with many other departments, including product team, IT, marketing, graphic design and customer service team.
Responsibilities:
- Set short & long-term sales strategies
- Manage and develop email marketing strategy
- Effectively manage B2B sales channel for key products.
- Set a strategy for listing and promoting products on Amazon, E-bay
- Implement sales promotional campaigns that complement season events, including but not limited to product selection, defining sales promotion calendar, its methods, and execution;
- Develop sales forecasting and coordinate orders with purchasing department to meet our sales target
- Create opportunities to up sell and cross sell products to build cart size
- Ensure proper stock levels and pricing meets needs of e-commerce channels
- Develop, track and report key performance measurements
- Monitor sales performance & take action based on key indicators
- Analyze web traffic and sales data, determining a growth strategy and opportunities for improvement.
- Review ‘best practices’ from other organizations and apply as appropriate
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce space and online e-Commerce
- Expertise on current e-Commerce industry best practices
- Experience in a niche market is a plus
- Knowledge of Magento e-Commerce platform is a plus
- Strong business judgment and decision making skills
- Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable multi-tasking
This will be a monthly salary job. If things goes well, it could lead to a long term contract of 6 month to a year.
