I recently launched a new Escort Agency in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and require the services of a good SEO professional. I am looking for someone who can drive organic traffic quickly using white and blue hat techniques. Person must have done a Escort SEO job like this before. My main focus comprises in making the website appear on the first or 2nd page on Google for certain keywords and increasing my overall page rank.
I require 200 Pr3 links
Specific keywords and URL will be provided.
My Budget is $150
The payment will consist of:100% payment when the adult keyword appears on Google page 1 or Google page 2
Please provide a timeline and data to prove the plan which you are showing has worked in the past. I want to see it before I award the bid. After I award the bid, we will require weekly excel progress report from you to see the improvements that have been implemented. These excel reports will have the following column headings:

Column B: Link URL (clickable hyperlink)
Column C: Site Name
Column D: Google PR of the URL
Column E: IP address
Column I: Anchor text
