Descriere pasi proiect: - Importul si prelucrarea comenzilor in format xml (download de pe ftp) - Alocare produse din stoc pe codurile comandate(codurile de baza) cu posibilitatea de editare .Explicatie procedura:Exista un tabel in excel care contine codurile de baza(codurile de categorie) si codurile de sortiment (ex pe culori:cod produs rosu, cod produs galben, cod produs portoclaiu,etc), fiecare cod de sortiment are o anumita disponibilitate(stoc). In momentul in care vine comanda(pe ftp) de la clientul x, trebuie verificat daca suma stocurilor de sortiment este indeajuns astfel incat sa satisfacem comanda si se proceseaza catre urmatorul [login to view URL] suma stocului de sortiment nu este satisfacatoare (sub comanda sau chiar 0) trebuie interogat userul: nu livram acest produs catre client sau se introduc manual alte coduri de sortiment( un nou sortiment temporar, adica utilizatorul poate cauta din totalitatea stocului alte produse similare care sa satisfaca comanda clientului).Impartirea codurilor de sortiment pentru codul de baza se face respectand regula impartirii proportionale a stocului, astfel incat stocul sa plece uniform. - Verificare preturi comandate. Exista nomenclator de preturi al fiecarui client si se verifica cu preturile de [login to view URL] pretul e ok merge mai departe, daca nu, intreb utilizator cu ce pret merg mai departe (pretul de pe comanda, sau pretul din nomenclator) sau scot produsul din comanda finala. - Generare fisier import ERP (Ciel). Exista un sablon de import si trebuie aranjate datele. - Extragere date factura din ERP Ciel pentru generare fisier factura - Validarea datelor (preturi, coduri comandate) - Generare si transmitere fisier xml factura Regula intermediara: - pentru fiecare comanda in parte se verifica ce s-a livrat la comenzile anterioare pe acel punct de lucru si se livreaza aceleasi produse din respectivul sortiment
