We are a marketing company currently looking for a Flash, or several Flash developers for building a long term relationship with us.
These developers will be involved in implementing several (5-7) Flash games over the year. All of these games will involve a fairly complex gameplay/interaction and all of those will be deployed in several languages.
The developer(s) will need to have strong experience with Action Script and should have experience in building Flash movies with external content (XML). Ideally the developers should also have good graphic design skill and a good understanding of UI design.
The developer(s) interested in this project should submit example of past work.
