I have a lot of web-related issues and more work needed on tidying up my codes. One example among many other is media query. And my table of contents lacks scroll tracking feature. I tried but because of html page is generated through parsing engine for Kramdown/markdown, I have trouble targeting the element for the jquery functions.
I want to match the html elements for markdown headings to the code 1, so that I have a scroll tracker in my live web page. The scroll tracker I found most akin to this effect would be some thing like this (code 2). You can find the code live in this code pen. [login to view URL]
