Resolve a bug on splitmenu for Jazibal template

I discovered a bug in JaZibal menu by joomlaart.com.
The split menu works fine only for the first level menu, but the next levels or are all shown opened or aren't shown at all.
Therefore:
I would like that the jooma 1.5.3 native JAZIBAL template split, will works fine for all level menù, showing the correct jerarchy.
I'll give you the files.
