I upgraded my WHM server to EasyApache 4 and PHP 7 and now:

- one cpanel account is completely broken - 404

- another cpanel account uses the mb_convert_encoding() function which should be fine for any version of PHP but I get "Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding()"

- fix up any other issues we discover.
