Magento2 Headless PWA Multivendor

Looking for a Magento2 expert to configure a new ecommerce website marketplace.

a) Expected layout structure desktop & mobile: [login to view URL] Design can be slightly different, in terms of colours, fonds, spacings.

b) Theme must be: Headless PWA Studio Theme for Magento 2.

c) System must be Multivendor for Online Marketplace with Order management for vendors and advanced vendor features.

d) Push notifications

e) A product can have multiple vendors. Show all available vendors on a product page, allow customer to choose between vendor. By default show vendor with lowest price first.

f) Admin can set the different commission for each vendor/category

g) One-step checkout

h) Highly important: mobile first design; speed optimisations

i) Multi currency and multi language

j) A product can also be sold by a vendor as "resealed". A new product that was returned

k) Can run with multiple domain names
