Magento 2.3.5 add new fields in member/ client shopping form and set up the shopping cart

In Magento 2.3.4 need add 4-5 new fields in member customer shopping form and set up the shopping cart( in step "2" we get message "the shipping information was unable to be saved. Verify the input data and try again")
Also in zip code field we get the message that "zip code need spesific format")
Need the shopping cart to run smoothly with out any issue
The new fields need to be presented in email orders template
Need to fix first in back up site and then to main site
