I need a motivated Facebook ads specialist to work with me to meet and exceed client goals and expectations. (It would be a long term engagement for the right candidate)
You will undertake tasks, including the initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting of campaigns.
Should have PROVEN experience writing compelling based copy.
The job involves:
- Setting up and launching campaigns
- Writing effective copy
- Setting up Facebook pixel, custom conversions, etc.
- Active management of campaigns
- Daily reporting, weekly online meeting
- Testing and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum results
- Communication for planning, reporting, and recommendations
Requirements:
- Experience setting up, launching and managing campaigns
- 2+ years of experience with local clients like Gym/Spa/Chiro/local lead gen with results to prove. (preferably USA/Canada clients)
- Great work ethic with a passion for their work
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently
