due to lack of time i am looking for a pro freelancer that can fix my exchange 2013 issues, things that are not working are owa/ecp etc.. due to permissions being wrong after a restore. the updates are not applying either hence giving a hassle every time. looking for someone that has good exchange 2013 knowledge and speaks proper english.

This task has to be done now, and if the work gets done well you can expect more work in the future too.
