Indexing words from 100's of word documents into a sql database

I have 100's of word documents containing thousands of words that I want to add to a sql database. I want the words taken from the word document and add to a table with the order of the words remaining as per the word document. I also want the document name where the word originated from added to the database. I want this setup so that I can run it every now and then as new documents are added.
I wanted to somehow retain the order of the words in the document so that you could search for a word based on the context it is used in each letter that I am loading.
In short I would like the final table to be something like the following:
Column 1 - Name of the document the word were obtained from:
Column 2 - The word
Column 3 - The number of the word. for example the word was the 50th word in the document that was indexed - (this is so I can see what the words were before and after in the sentence i.e 49 and 51)
Column 4 - The number of times the word occurred in the whole database
