Web Based Application To Produce Apple Newsstand Apps

I am looking to have a web based program created that will convert PDF files and publish them as Newsstand magazines.

Before I get to what I need, let me tell you some specifics about this project:
You must have experience in developing Apple Apps. Preferably Newsstand Apps.
Please show completed work that I can view on an iPad.
You must set and make the deadline for competition.
ALL work must be completed before funds will be released.
If you are great at what you do, this could be a long term project for you as I will want to use you on other projects that will start as soon as this one is completed.
All programming must be sent to me to run on our servers.
We retain all rights to the work.
With that out of the way, here is a brief project description:
We want this program to take a PDF file that is uploaded by a client and create a magazine for the Apple Newsstand.
I'm not sure if that means the PDF has to be converted to HTML5, we need you to decide that.
Once the file is uploaded, we want the client to be able to add HTML links to other pages in the magazine, add video from sites like youtube, add streaming audio, and add html pages within the magazine.
Once the magazine is created with all the links and elements the client wants, we then want the program to publish the magazine to Apple's Newsstand using the clients individual Apple Developer account.
What else we want the program to do:
Complete app development for a magazine with all features and ready to submit to the store, including newsstand integration, shell customization, Newsstand icons, subscription management and push notification;
A control center for the client to manage their magazines, such as add new editions, make changes, send push notifications, change prices, etc.
Sell previous issues with just one click
Have multiple options for subscriptions
Manage all the prices in the back office and change them without any delay, making promotions easy to implement
Have subscriptions with auto-renewal managed by Apple
Get statistics on old and new readers- perhaps with google analytics integration
Send Push Notifications to:
All App Users
Subscribers Only
Non Subscribers
Send Reminder to Rate the Magazine/App
Allow someone to enter a Bonus Code that get them free subscriptions.
Social media integration
Send InApp notifications
Incorporate iAds or Admob
Open web pages from within the app
Integrate with Apple to receive subscribers iTunes email address and Zip code (while giving them a bonus for doing so)
The program must also have a iPad emulator so the client can see how their app will look when published to the Newsstand.

More than anything, I am looking for a programmer that will tell me what the status is often. I've hired people before and they disappear never to be heard from again.
I want this to be a long term relationship.
