I need help to build an app in appsheet. The intention is to store "database" as a spreadsheet in google docs. You will need to build the spreadsheet. Attached file is for reference. There are two tabs in the spreadsheet. One describing what screens I see should be there. One describing the columns and functions.

Do not hesitate to ask questions. If you have suggestions on how to build it up please suggest them.
