Build iPhone App to subtract frontal and side Silhouettes for a Human body

You need to build an iPhone app. To produce two Silhouettes images for a Human: side and front as shown in the attachment.
Operation Steps:
The user opens the app
put the iphone on the floor tited 10 degress
the front camera starts a timer for 15 sec to take three images
Take a frontal image of the human-see image for illustration
Take a side image of the human- see image for illustration
Take an image of only the background.
Using Computer Vision algorithms, the app should use the background image to subtract the background pixels and produce two Silhouettes images for a Humen: side and front as shown in the attachment.
The suggested steps are using still images. However, you can use video if you think it will produce betters results.
The objective of this project to produce two Silhouettes images for a human. Thus, feel free to suggest alternative ways.
