I need a “chatting_app” for (android&ios). I would like it designed and built with this features:
Groups/Pages:
- Make (English, Dutch, German, French, Persian, Admin groups / Messages, News, Study pages).
- Send chats/media: (message, photo, voice, video and...) by users/admins.
- Live talking in "groups" by admins / ability to record talking and save audio file for listen/play again. (by talking API).
- Sync all posts/chats/media with a database, (for auto backup and reload data when have a new_installation / new_login).
Menu
Users features/setting:
- Register and login feature.
- Save all “chats/ Messages” (save in Internal Storage/SD Memory Card) ability to backup/restore chats/media.
- Auto play “voice” / ability on-off
- Auto translating chats (with google translate API) / Set a language to auto translate / ability on-off.
- Convert chats to audio with auto playing (with Cloud Text-to-Speech API) / ability on-off.
- Notification sound / ability on-off.
- Dark mode / ability on-off.
- Chat setting (change font and size it)
- Help/Support
- About us page
Admin features/setting:
- Ability to enable/disable “send chats feature” for users/admins in any of groups.
- Block/unblock users and admins.
- Add/edit/delete chats by admins.
- Add/remove new admins.
- Block/unblock users and admins.
- Add auto sender chats/notifications. (ability to edit/delete them).
- Make “password” for enter to each one of " groups / ability disable.
Payment Terms:
I just make a milestone for deposit and start (milestone in pending mode) and I don’t make any release before delivering demo of apps, payment and releasing the money is the case: Payment is in 3 parts:
1- make payment 1/3 for milestone1:
- Make demo’s of each apps (ios/android).
- Demo’s must have all my requested
- Change milestone1 to released after delivering demo’s
2- Make payment 2/3 for milestone2:
- Delivering all sources of apps (ios/android).
- Change milestone2 to released after delivering all sources.
3- Make payment 3/3 for milestone3:
- Fix all bugs and make any small changing in any one of features/designs.
- Delivering new demo’s of apps (ios/android) for last checking bugs and find/fixing them.
- Change milestone3 to released after delivering fixed demo’s.
- Delivering all fixed sources of all 4 apps
4- 3 months free fixing/small changing in any one of features/designs.
5- I will not accept to add any more money in process / but buy developers accounts and API’s needed is with me.
6- If there is too much delay in delivery I can refund milestone.
