Create Mobile App to retrieve data from PC using bluetooth

1. I would have a DB(*) in a PC running bluetooth
(*) This DBase is 2 columns wide, just product's code and price, for progamming purposes it could be a file without the structure of a database, you as programmer decide
2. Using the cellphone bluetooth the app would send a request / query to retrieve information from the PC which would be in a close distance and reach of bluetooth range from the 'phone
3. The DBase responds to the cell phone with information requested
Example If I introduce a product's code in the cell phone app, I would like to retrive its price and see it in the cellphone
