uBIT Farm needs a CTO as AppDev Co-Founder!
We are a Social-AgriTech (IoT-based) of 10 people from UI, ITB, IPB, and many others, plus another 10 professional volunteers involved.
Calling all developers techie who loves programming and happy to help people, You could be our next HERO to challenge the status quo on advancing Indonesian Agriculture!
Currently, uBIT Farm in bootstrapping phase, which offers a CTO position for 10% of shares and ESOP on remote working. Soon we will have offices in Jakarta and Bandung. We welcome 2 years of experience for lower shares and positions
Requirements:
Strong Algorithm, Architecture, and Hardware connectivity
Proficiency in Git, Gitlab, Github
Mastery Front End or Back End, but having knowledge as Fullstack
Programing language: 3 to 5 years proven skills in Kotlin or Swift or Dart
Excellent experience 3 to 5 years with Android Studio or Xcode or IDE or Flutter
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), Web Servers (e.g. Apache), Web service (e.g. AWS), Oracle RDBMS
Highly preferred to have experience with UI/UX research
Knowledge on Phyton or JavaScript or PHP, Agile Scrum, and Sprint is a plus
The suitable Mobile App Developer must have:
Experience in leading, coaching, and recruiting a developer team
Kind and professional personality to work cross-division remotely
Long-life learner and achievement-oriented to discover and advising best practices on developing IoT and SaaS Agri-service.
