Booking process:
¹ client choose class on image schedules.
² pop up screen:
³ client fill personal information . (cookies to auto fill next visit). (name , mobile, email and gym member ID). All essential)ï
Booking choices : Sport ,Spa ,Swimming pool
Pick per personal choice
By picking a date
a. choose from calendar (Month , Day , AM -PM , Class type , coach , time)
b. choose today or tomorrow AM. PM than schedules choices open.
c. member preferences to default way of booking to use . via
coach or via sport type or via time (am ,pm) or calendar .
⁴count down available slots. (auto filling slot counts). Example after each booking count ( 3 used out of 24 (3-24 available))
⁶confirmed booking to send sms and email .
⁷apologies booking if no slots available. to send sms and email.
⁸ members history of booking display.
⁹ reporting counting:
a. if member book and attend. correct
[login to view URL] member book not attend . three times gets warning massage (sorry your 2 weeks automatically suspended from booking ) than second three booking not attend . ( your 1 month automatically suspended from booking). third time please visit registeration office physicaly..
BOOKING LIMITATIONS
member can book one class or two consecutive classes only per 24 hours. ( example start 09:00 9:40 am with 09:50am-10:30am).
(member can't stay more than 2 hours in the gym).
(member not allowed to attend other time in one day).
Due to covid entry limits of slots (member allowed one time reservation per day).

ADMIN RECEPTION AUTHORITY
changing schedules (daily weekly & monthly basis).
setting limits of booking per class.
adding and cancelling classes.
Bulk sms or Email or WhatsApp massaging.

(every week has its schedule) ( row of days and dates. column time ). center is of center of each cell coach name , sports class name , time date day . as attachment.
