I already have a hardware capable to catch IMSI and IMEI. I just need a C developer to build me a software specifically 1) catch IMSI and IMEI and able to do eavesdropping (Call/SMS) to targetted IMSI no. 2) plot map captured IMSI location and able to do whitelist of several IMSI or single IMSI in location map.
We can do teamviewer to let you able to view my device capability to gather information and catch IMSI and analyze data.
