Dear Sir/Madam,
First, let me introduce you to my Business.
I have an agricultural machinery and farm equipment dealership company in Mandya. My Sales Representatives visit villages to meet farmers[customers].
They Collect all the Basic Information like Name, Place, Contact Number, Area of land owned, Crops are grown etc.
Then they suggest them a suitable product and then follow up with the regular sales process.
Shortcomings of this process are as follows:
• Sometimes my sales reps give me fake or false information.
• I cannot trust whether my sales rep has actually visited the customers.
• The Sales Process is not very streamlined as my sales reps are very irregular and inconsistent
With following up with customers.
Due to the above-mentioned shortcomings, I have decided to build a mobile app for my sales reps to streamline my sales process.
I want my app to have the following features:
• My sale reps must be able to add a customer data into the app.
• They must be able to upload photos of the farm they visited and a selfie with a customer as an evidence of work done.
• They must be able to educate customers by showing images and videos of products.
• They should get automatic reminders to call customers.
• They should get notified of assigned tasks.
• They should be able to update the status/stage of the sale like Quotation Negotiation
