A react native app which will have 2 parts, one is the client which we will open two instances of and will require them to connect over webrtc with peer to peer connection and only voice chat with each other (video is not required). And the second part is the server which will pair the peers. We're gonna require [login to view URL] because we would like to keep the paired users in the same room so we have control over each call on the server side. The users' processes with stun/turn servers are required to be done with twilio's api ([login to view URL]).
