Very Simple Job - Implement Toggling of Mobile Menu

This is a simple project - all that is required is to implement the CSS / Javascript functionality to allow for the toggling display of a menu on mobile web site.
All HTML / CSS will be provided - no design work is required. All that is needed is as follows:
1. Implement a smooth toggle of the simple, one-level menu which pushes down content below. When the toggle button is clicked again the menu should disappear, again in a smooth fashion.
2. Changes the image / state of the 'button' used to toggle the menu on and off. For instance, a menu icon should display on the button when the menu is off, and a cross should display when the menu is on to denote that it can be toggled off again.
Important note: the site already uses Mootools which may conflict with jQuery implementation. Please consider this when bidding and / or working on this project.
