Interactive 3D surgical image.

I’m looking for someone to create an interactive 3D graphics image of some part of human body to depict a surgical procedure. The user should be able to manipulate the image using mouse-actions. The idea is to emulate few surgical procedures like cutting, opening, suturing, etc. upon the image.

To get an idea of my requirement, please have a look at the following links:

I do not expect any complex animations like the ones shown in the last 2 links, but simple image showing few effects like opening, placing a pipe, inserting a needle, etc..

I need to embed the code with my C# .NET application to make the image viewable in one of the forms. Therefore, please chose a compatible application to design (maybe DirectX).

I would require the source code and a simple description of the procedure followed in developing the image as the deliverables.

I am open to your suggestions on this task, and shall provide more details on the task, if necessary, to the person who gets the bid. Also, please provide your approaches, if possible, while placing the bid.
