Build a Umbraco Website

We are looking to build an ecommerce website in Umbraco. It will be using uCommerce with a payment provider (to be confirmed) and will have a standard login / register area.
All the above will be phase one and will need to be delivered into a live server. Site will need to be transactional (using a test account).
There will be successive phases to address full functionality and designs based on wireframes and detailed project scope and management. For the moment we are interested in Phase one.
Requirements phase1:
• Latest Umbraco version built and running on a given server
• uCommerce
• payment provider (to be discussed)
• Login / register area
Upon bidding, please state:
* any of your past projects / skills in Umbraco, uCommerce and .NET C#
* how long the above phase1 will take for you to complete
* your rate per hour
