Descripción de empleo<br />Join our award winning IT Security team and engage in collective efforts to "assure & enhance" the people, processes and assets by which Dell achieves its greater mission.<br /><br />Security Analysis Consultant<br />Works on information security problems that are diverse and highly complex. Selects methods and techniques for identifying and advocating effective security solutions. Develops approaches to address critical information security issues. Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br />• Develop Incident Response Program, create and maintain corporate incident response plan.<br />• Respond to critical computer security incidents by collecting, analyzing and preserving digital evidence.<br />• Assemble and coordinate with technical teams and third-party vendors to resolve incidents as quickly and efficiently as possible.<br />• Communicate status of response, resolution and final root cause analysis to the appropriate stakeholders.<br />• Ensure that all incidents are recorded and tracked to meet audit and legal requirements.<br />• Conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps and recommendations ultimately remediating risks.<br />• Communicate effectively with representatives of the Lines of Business, technology specialists, and vendors.<br />• Conduct advanced computer and network forensic investigation functions relating to various forms of electronic fraud, identity theft, e-commerce fraud, computer intrusion, theft of information, denial of service, multi-national organized electronic criminal groups, as well as financial fraud investigations.<br />• Vendor communications for technical support where required,provide training and expertise to junior Incident Responders.<br />• Participate in leadership groups throughout the company to plan and test incident response capabilities.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Requirements:<br />• 5+ years’ experience from the Information Security sector with a focus on Incident Response<br />• 10+ years’ experience in IT industry<br />• Experience working with current and emerging information security technologies and development methodologies.<br />• Experience working with the following:<br />UNIX, Linux, and Microsoft operating systems<br />• Security software and tools<br />• Experience working with software developers<br />PCI compliance (Payment Card Industry)<br />• Superior communication, organization, and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated effectiveness in a customer facing role.<br /><br />Preferences:<br />Four year degree in a relevant field preferred or an equivalent amount of post-secondary education and experience.<br /><br />Dell is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Dell is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
