We are a start up looking to outsource a project that involves the following technologies:
Linux (red hat 9)
Linux utilities (WGET and maybe more)
Apache 2.0
Mod_perl 2.0
Perl modules (LWP, Apache::request, XML::Simple, WWW::Mechanize)
Template Toolkit
XML
We are looking for someone who can devote 30 hours a week for the next one and half month. We want this project to start NOW/ASAP.
Please note we are not interested in outsourcing firms unless your price is as competitive as individuals.
those who like to use PHP also welcome to bid. We chose Perl in the first place because it offers more existing modules and utilities, thus reduce the development time. We are open to PHP, however, if your quality and price are competitive to those who choose Perl. We will also need to evaluate PHP's performance on parallism (fork) over mod_perl 2.0.
