PSD to Word Document (letter head paper - direct to print)

Quick and easy job.
Photoshop already designed, the psd needs to be transferred over to Microsoft word and the user will need to be able to write the text he/she wants and directly be able to print from their own printer rather than using a letter headed paper (This will be a replacement of the letterhead paper).
I am aware that every single printer will be different, so therefore a few tests will need to be done to make sure that the end client is happy with the logos/back logo, bottom footer design etc.
All elements will need to be able to be modified i.e. change of logo if needed, transparency of background etc.
Instructions will be good on project completion.
