I have a book that has been built entirely using photoshop that needs to be reformatted from 22 x 17in into 17 x 11in size, without losing image resolution, squishing everything, or simply pushing everything in the middle with very noticeable ugly gaps and spaces. The book consists of many illustrations, images and text that needs to look good despite the reformatting. All the pages are done in photoshop I know it's not standard for formatting books, but that's how you'll need to work, not convert it into a different format. Say Pepsicake in your proposal so I know you read the instructions and are not a bot. I want to stress you cannot simply resize the whole image, you can't transform and resize anything. You will need to carefully move elements around and resize the text box so that it fits naturally and still looks good. If any fonts are missing, you can't use a substitution you will need to download the font, I'll give you the file for that. No drawing or creating new images is required. The bid is for the whole project, however I will pay to have the first 5 pages done as a test to make sure it looks good before committing to the rest of the project.
