56974 OSC modifications/customized

I realize that this is a lenthly proposal, but I wanted to be as specific as possible. Please read the complete proposal before bidding. No stock comments will be accepted. I want to know that you actually read the whole thing to the end and understand the proposal. So read all the way to the end before bidding. Thanks. =========== Ok here is what I need. I need the latest version of OScommerce installed, but I also need several modifications done. Please only bid if you are familiar with OScommerce and have experience with it. This is what I need customized. 1) Gift certificate mod that will keep a running total so if a person has a $200 certificate and they only spend $50.00 then when they come back , it will tell them they have $150.00 left to spend. 2) I need to sets of shipping and handling. Neither would show unless the person if regitered and logged in. Both sets would be based on price for the whole site so for example, if the price is in a certain range the S&H will automatically know that is that s&H. IE. Cost between S&H 0-$10.00 2.99 $10.01 - $15.00 3.99 $15.01 - $25.00 5.99 etc. Now the difference between the two sets is that if the person is logged in and they have value on their gift certificate, then it shows one set. If there is no value of the certificate, then the other set will show. 3) I need the prices of the items to show but if there is value left on the certificate tht is equal to or more to the item, then it would indicate that this would be take from theri certificate so they realize that they do not have to pay no CASH for the item. If they have no certificate value or not enogh then it would not mention the certificate. 4) I need a way to generate certificates in blocks in the admin or seperate program that would access the OSC database. Now when I say blocks, what I need for example is a way to have a form that would create the certificate values in mass. For example: I enter quantity 10 , then I enter value of $200.00 and the program would randomly generate 10 sets of certificate numbers that has a value ot $200.00 It woudl give me those random certificate numbers and a random password assocaited with the certificate, then when the person logs into their account, they would enter thier certificate nubmer and the password and it would give them a credit of $200.00 to their account. Another example: I enter quantity 100 , then I enter a certificate value of $500.00 and the program would randomly generate 100 sets of certificate numbers that has a value ot $500.00 It would give me those random certificate numbers and a random password assocaited with the certificate, then when the person logs into their account, they would enter their certificate number and the password and it would give them a credit of an initial $500.00 to their account. So the OSC database would know that when certificate XYZ1009 is redeemed it has a value of whatever I put in the value. When those random certificate numbers and passwords are generated, it would give me the output so that I could jsut cut and paste the results. So for example when it is output, it might look like: Certificate1/passcode1 Certificate2/passcose2 Certificate3/passcode3 etc, etc.... I have other mods that wil build from this, but that will be another posting once this is done. So if you do a good job here, you of course would be the first one considered for the next mods for this script. I have tried to be as clear as I could, but if you have questions, please PM me. I need this like ASAP, so only bid if you can dedicate the time to get it done right away and only bid if you know you can do this. No trial and error please. If you accept this project, then you need to a messenger of some sort, AIM, Yahoo, ICQ, etc and be available on it. Plus I want to be able to see the progress on your server, so you will need to provide me a URL where I can review. If you can not do these two things, please do not bid. Lastly I said to read all the way through.
