COM Object to create Win2000 Local User Accounts

I need a COM object that will allow me to, either via a Visual Basic program or ASP web page: 1. Create a local user account on a Windows 2000 Server 2. Specify an account expiration date for the newly created account. 3. Grant/Deny access to specific folder(s) on the server 4. Delete a local user account on a Windows 2000 server

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
