We're looking for an experienced web-application developer who can build a SaaS system allowing owners of commercial real estate to manage their properties on many levels. Parts of the system wil include:
- Saas management: manage account types, manage users, manage payments by users, generatie/manage invoices
- users: users (a.k.a. the property owners) can edit their information and view their account status
- properties: users can add/edit/delete properties and view basic statistics
- rental objects: properties have one or more rental objects. Users can add/edit/delete rental objects
- meters: manage gas/water/electricity meters and their readouts, meters can apply to multiple rental objects
- rent contracts: create contracts that are the link between renters and rental objects, list diverse cost components, dates etc., generate contracts based on templates
- rent payments: book received payments and list overviews of payments per property, rental object or renter, generate reminders for overdue payments based on a template
- costs: book costs to properties, rental objects or meters, get overviews per rent contract, property, property groups etc.
- to do list: show reminders for rent that needs to be raised before a certain date, show overdue payments etc.
- financial overviews: costs/income per property or rental object, ROI rates etc.
- document management: manage templates for diverse types of documents, manage documents created.
