Automatic facebook fan page posting system

Hi all,

I need a system, that allows me to enter in a timetable of posts for my facebook fan page.

The system must allow me to:

Enter in text for the message

Enter in an optional link for the message

Enter in the Time and day of the week the message will be posted.

This system must allow me to post on my facebook page as the owner of the page, for example, the page is called FILTH FM, so when the system posts, it must post as FILTH FM e.g. FILTH FM: Today we will launch... etc.

It must be fully automated, and allow me to edit it easily. A file uploaded to my server perhaps that i can edit in php, html, json, java, it doesnt matter.
