Simple project - html,css,php- adjust fonts, width, tables

I need a programmer having knowledge of php, mysql and css to complete my site.

No php coding, just don't delete my written php code!

What you have to do:

HTML and CSS: All static pages are there you need to make it looks professional. Check attached file for design. Using same color scheme, make the site looks professional choosing font and proper use of the colors. You need to adjust html width, height,table, font size etc properly throughout the site. All are php files there with coding like [url removed, login to view], you have to format this type of pages like making the font/text boxes small in size and also keep existing code working.
