Need a script for adult dating site

Looking for a script for an adult dating site.

Something like [url removed, login to view]

We would like to be able to edit the profile questions and things like that. Stuff like fetish and gay or straight, I think you get the idea.

We would want to ability to search by country, state, city and zip-code.

We would like the templates to be set up in such a way they are easy to edit and change the sites look.

All the little goodies like IM and chat as well as email should also me included in the script.

This will be a free site but we want to be able to give members who buy something from one of our other sites a bump on this site. Like top of the listings or highlighted listing. Maybe stuff like home page featured. Also a bump for up-loading your picture.

This site MUST be SEO as good as it can be. Like I said the site will be FREE so all profiles can and should be index-able without the session ID problems.

We would also like a forum included in the site as well as a blog for all members. Maybe a question and answer area also.

We currently have a pretty strong server and are willing to get whatever server you recommend for the install.
