We are a small video production company and we have a sample CD that includes some information about our company and some sample video in MPEG-1 format. The presentation on the CD is html based, the CD auto loads, has a little icon that appear when you looking in your file exploring program, and the video plays in embedded Windows Media players, seven videos on seven pages. We also have some transitions between pages, so the unexperienced viewer thinks he/she is seeing a PowerPoint presentation. All well and good. When it works. We've discovered thousands of quirks along the way depending on what operating system one is using (this is a Windows CD: so Win ME, Win 98, Win XP, etc), what size screen the person has etc. We thought we'd worked everything out when we realized today that we've sent dozens of disks with an XP glitch: the embedded WM player doesn't show the controls (play, stop, pause, etc) in XP, actually it does the first time the player appears but not on subsequent pages. This doesn't happen in any other format. We need this problem tested, yes, but also -- more importantly -- we need someone who can test this CD for performance with every Windows operating system, every screen setting, every other variable one might encounter and let us know if there's anything that needs to be fixed. If so, we would quite possibly use you to fix it or might post it on RACoder, in any event the fixes are not part of this bid, except for the XP/Windows Media Player problem noted above.

1) The Windows Media Player problem noted above fixed. 2) The entire CD checked in every possible Windows combination (operating systems, screen settings, processor types, anything else I'm not thinking of) and the problem areas clearly highlighted. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
